Materials:
- Elastic Cord
- Beads
- Letterbeads
- Knot cover (optional) and pliers (optional, not provided)
- Glue (optional, not provided) · Scissors (not provided)
Steps:
- Pre stretch cord by pulling a few times
- Measure around the diameter of your wrist, you will need to leave a few inches un-beaded on each end. 7 inches of beads is the average
- String on beads and letter beads, leaving room to tie knot
- Tie a surgeon’s knot:
- Optional: secure knot with a dab of glue and cover with knot cover - squeeze closed with pliers

Glue: while not entirely necessary, it does provide a little security towards ensuring your bracelt doesn't come un-tied. If you don't have any of the glues below, I do not reccomend regular super glue becuase it dries hard and brittle and can erode the elastic cord over time. It is best to use a flexible glue like one of these listed here:

- Gorilla Glue Gel
- GS Hypo Cement
